"Im drawn to open country. It's where everything becomes clear, where the world makes the most sense. When I put myself out there, I always return with something new. A friend once told me: The best journeys answer questions that in the beginning, you didn't even think to ask." -(unknown) Hopefully, this blog will always be a work in progress. These posts are by no means all my adventures, just the ones a camera was present for. MUU: Montana Underdog Unit

Hyalite Ice: G2 laps with Sam and Manfred
Sammy boy needed to get in to the mountains to take his mind of things so naturally, ice climbing we went! G1 was packed so we hiked up to G2 and had the ice to ourselves until we made some new friends who were also escaping the G1 crowds. We set up a top rope with a directional and got to climb a few variations. We also got to climb on the neighbor's rope so pretty much every possible line on G2 got climbed. It was supposed to be cold and snowy but we somehow dodged it and had a wonderful day!
